Kathy Vaughn has over 40 years of experience in civil litigation and case management and assists clients in obtaining the best results. She has extensive experience in litigation and has seen it all. The firm has a real sense of service and that is why Kathy enjoys working here. Fran Hawk, RN, Nurse Paralegal

Fran Hawk is a Registered Nurse and provides experienced medical analysis when it comes to your case. She is instrumental in trial preparation. Having a nurse paralegal on staff sets our firm apart from many others. Fran works hard to ensure we provide excellent representation to our clients.

Kate is our part-time Student Intern/Law Clerk at the Hawk Law Firm. She is a Senior at Mercer University with aspirations to become an attorney.
