Our Team

Jon Hawk graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1997.

Early in his legal career, Jon worked as an attorney for insurance companies, giving him invaluable insight into how insurance companies litigate cases. 

Jon is a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming, where he learned techniques from some of the nation's best trial lawyers. These experiences have allowed him to develop effective strategies to achieve great outcomes for our clients.  Jon has been a guests speaker at numerous attorney continuing education seminars.

Jon is a member of the American Association of Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the North Macon Rotary Club. Jon and his wife are also active members at First Presbyterian Church of Macon.

Kathy leads our team with the experience needed ensure excellence at every step of the way. She has experience in numerous large and complex matters and also dedicates herself to all her cases, regardless of the "size" of the case.

Kathy is not only an excellent paralegal and loves working with clients, she is an excellent teacher and provides leadership that is essential to a team environment.

Fran is a Registered Nurse and provides much-needed medical analysis when it comes to your case. She is instrumental in trial preparation. Having a nurse paralegal on staff sets our firm apart from others. She ensures we are able to provide excellent representation to our clients.
